These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Oriento ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, services, and any related materials.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Use of Services
Our services are intended solely for lawful business purposes. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. No Legal or Immigration Advice

All content on the Oriento platform—including text, graphics, branding, code, and documentation—is owned by Oriento or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oriento, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oriento from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, for any reason, without liability. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Oriento regarding your use of the services and supersede all prior agreements.
